Of course, we’ll get those classic smiling-at-the-camera photos—we all love those, and I make sure to capture them! But my favorite images are often the ones that happen in between.

I love documenting genuine connection: the way your children laugh together, the way your spouse looks at you, the hugs, the snuggles, the playful moments, and all the little interactions that tell your family’s story. Rather than stiff poses, I use simple prompts and gentle direction to help everyone feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera. This allows those authentic moments to unfold while I capture them.

While mini sessions can be a great option for busy families, I personally love full sessions. Full sessions give us time to slow down, get comfortable, and let everyone relax. Kids can take breaks to explore and play, which often leads to some of the sweetest images. We can capture a mix of candid moments and beautifully posed portraits without feeling rushed.

My goal is for your session to feel less like a photo shoot and more like time spent together with the people you love most. In the end, you’ll receive a gallery filled with genuine moments, heartfelt connections, and memories you’ll cherish for years to come.
